高碳马氏体不锈钢95Cr18连铸关键技术研究及工业试制

摘要 采用数字仿真软件和Gleeble3500热模拟试验机模拟了95Cr18钢连铸过程温度场和凝固坯壳厚度及钢性能随温度的演变规律,得了凝固特征参数高温强度及热塑性趋势图,结合模拟数据合理设计了过热度、拉坯速度和冷却参数,解决了连铸过程拉漏和连铸坯矫不直关键控制参数,铸坯低倍和表面质量良好、化学成分偏析小,且碳化物颗粒尺寸控制效果佳。生产的连铸坯完全满足协议及下工序要求。 The evolution laws for temperature field and thickness of solidified shell in the 95Cr18 CC process and the properties with the temperatures,are simulated by the digital simulation software and Gleeble 3500 test machine in the paper.the solidification parameters,the trend of high temperature strength and hot plasticity are derived.With the above simulated data,the degree of super heat,speed of casting and cooling are designed,the problems of the leakage and the straightening of billets are solved.the macro structure,surface condition,composition segregation and size of carbide particles of the cast billets are satisfying,which meets the requirements of the specifications.
