摘要
针对某公司承接的换热器技术要求,分析了板厚为45mm的09MnNiDR低温钢板的焊接性能,并进行焊接工艺评定,确定了适用于该材料的焊接工艺参数。研究结果表明,在合适的焊接工艺参数下,采用ER55-Ni3焊丝进行钨极氩弧焊和E5015-N5焊条进行焊条电弧焊,09MnNiDR低温钢焊缝的各项指标均能满足设计要求。
According to the technical requirements of heat exchanger undertaken by the company,analyzed the welding performance of 09MnNiDR low-temperature steel with 45mm plate thickness,evaluated the welding process,and the welding process parameters suitable for this material were confirmed.The results show that under the appropriate welding process parameters,using ER55-Ni3 wire for tungsten argon arc welding and E5015-N5 electrode for arc welding,various indexes of 09MnNiDR low-temperature steel weld can meet the design requirements.
