精炼炉热态炉渣回炉利用技术应用

摘要 为利用连铸浇铸结束后热态炉渣的热量以及剩余未被充分利用的石灰脱硫潜力,特此研究精炼炉热态炉渣回炉利用,以下简称热渣回炉。研究结果表明:热渣回炉一次有利于钢水的脱硫,脱硫率整体提高10.75%。回炉后炉渣熔化较好,炉渣厚度增加,供电曲线比较平稳,减轻了电弧对钢包渣线的热辐射、提高了渣线寿命和电能利用率。石灰用量比回炉前降低了0.35 kg/t、萤石用量降低了0.5 kg/t、电耗降低了3 kwh/t、电极用量降低了0.1 kg/t、化渣时间缩短了2 min,LF炉各项技术指标改善效果明显,降低原料成本显著。 In order to make use of the heat of hot slag after continuous casting and the potential of lime desulphurization,the remelting of hot slag in refining furnace is studied.The results show that hot slag remelting is beneficial to desulphurization of molten steel,and the desulphurization rate is increased by 10.75%.The melting of slag is better,the thickness of slag is increased,the power supply curve is more stable,the heat radiation of arc to ladle slag line is reduced,the service life of slag line and the utilization ratio of electric energy are increased.The consumption of lime is reduced by 0.35 kg/t,the consumption of fluorite is reduced by 0.5 kg/t,the consumption of electricity is reduced by 3 kwh/t,the consumption of electrode is reduced by 0.1 kg/t,the time of slagging is shortened by 2 min,the technical indexes of LF furnace are improved obviously,and the raw material cost is reduced remarkably.
