本单位引进的不同电渣炉厂家的保护气氛电渣炉上烟罩升降机构有多种形式,而这些机构中大部分均存在一些缺陷,在工作过程中经常产生设备性热停工。分析各升降机构的差异及优劣,提出并实施满足现场实际的最佳改造方案,提高设备可靠性。

The company has introduced many electric slag furnaces with the different modes of lifting mechanism,and most of these mechanism have some defects,which often cause heat shutdown in the working.By analyzing the differences and advantages of each lifting mechanism,this paper suggest a solution and implement,the results shows that it improves the reliability of these equipment.
