新时代地方志事业助推乡村振兴战略路径思考

The Strategic Path of Promoting Rural Revitalization by Local Chronicles in the New Era

乡村振兴是新时代“三农”工作的总抓手,是实现中华民族伟大复兴第二个百年奋斗目标的重大政治任务。近年来,全国各地在全面建成小康社会的基础上,正扎实有效地推进脱贫攻坚与乡村振兴的有效衔接。在高质量发展的时代背景下,本文总结了当前乡村振兴工作成效,针对当前海南乡村振兴中存在的规划设计不科学、文化内涵缺失等问题,从地方志工作者的维度,提出地方志工作参与服务乡村振兴战略,助推新时代乡村振兴高质量发展的思路设想,以期与广大方志同仁共勉。

Rural revitalization is the primary focus of our work on agriculture, rural areas and farmers in the new era, and a major political task for realizing the Second Centenary Goal of national rejuvenation. In recent years, on the basis of completing the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects, all parts of the country are making solid and effective efforts to effectively link poverty alleviation and rural revitalization. Under the era background of high-quality development, aiming at the problems of unscientific planning and design in the current rural revitalization in Hainan, this paper summarizes the current achievements of rural revitalization and discusses the idea of local chronicles’ participating in the service of rural revitalization strategy and promoting the high-quality development of rural revitalization in the new era from the dimension of local chronicles workers, in order to share with the general comrades.
