摘要
文章基于信息技术的互动分析编码系统(ITIAS)为蓝本对高职课堂师生行为进行重新编码及改进,以2021年全国教师教学能力比赛高职组一等奖获奖作品为研究对象,利用质性分析软件Nvivo对获奖作品的课堂实录进行编码采样并加以矩阵分析,从课堂结构、教学风格及师生情感氛围、师生提问及应答言行、信息技术的使用四大方面18种分析变量对高职课堂教学过程开展量化、具体分析。通过分析得出仍需在改善课堂结构、优化课堂中问答教学策略、合理适度使用现代信息技术等方面作出努力,以进一步推动我国高职课堂教学的改革。
This article takes ITIAS as the blueprint to recode and improve the codes of teacher-student behavior in the higher vocational classroom,and takes the first prize winning works of the higher vocational group of the 2021 National Teaching Ability Competition of Vocational Education Skills Competition.The software Nvivo was used to code the award-winning works,and 18 analysis variables were analyzed from four aspects:classroom structure,teaching style and emotional atmosphere of teachers and students,teachers and students' questions and responses,and the use of information technology.In order to further promote the reform of classroom teaching in higher vocational education in China,efforts should be made to improve the classroom structure,optimize the teaching strategy of ask and answer in the classroom,and appropriately use modern information technology.
