摘要
设计了一种适用于荒漠化严重地区的植树机。它采用履带自走式机构、插入式钻土装置、树苗传送机构以及滴水灌溉装置进行防沙植树。插入式钻土装置由直流电动推杆控制竖直正方管升降进行钻土;树苗传送机构位于机架上部,滴水灌溉装置位于钻土装置四周,能在挖土之前使沙固定,从而在挖开土层的同时固定松沙的流动,也能够确保充足的水分使树苗更好的存活。该便捷型一体化植树机通过履带行走、滴水固沙、插入式钻土以及自动运苗等机构,降低了在干旱沙漠中植树的难度,提高了作业效率,平均每分钟可种植一株树苗,有利于大规模推进荒漠化治理工作。
This product is a tree planting machine suitable for areas with severe desertification.It adopts a self-propelled crawler mechanism,a plug-in soil drilling device,a sapling transmission mechanism,and a drip irrigation device for sand control and tree planting.The plug-in soil drilling device is controlled by the DC electric push rod to control the vertical square pipe to lift and lower the soil;the sapling transmission mechanism is located on the upper part of the frame,and the drip irrigation device is located around the soil drilling device,which can fix the sand before digging.Thereby when the soil layer is dug up,the loose sand is fixed,and the moisture can also make the saplings survive better.The convenient tree planting machine provided by the utility model can walk on crawler belts,drip water and fix sand,drill into the soil by plugging in,and automatically transport seedlings,etc.,which reduces the difficulty of planting trees in arid deserts,significantly improves the operation efficiency,and plants one poplar seedling per minute on average,and therefore is conducive to promoting desertification control work on a large scale.
