摘要
为实现对粘性胶膜施工裂缝的精准检测,提高检测效率,开展地下室底板粘性胶膜无缝地面铺设检测方法的设计研究。连接所有现场地检设备使用接口单元,通过数据流间的交互关系,在无缝地面铺设现场地检设备,实现地检现场不同设备的良好通信。使用图像采集装置扫描地下室底板粘性胶膜无缝地面获取铺设图像,引进小波分解技术对二维图像进行小波转换处理、降噪处理、图像增强及融合处理,按照计算机多线程同步处理图像的方式检测地面铺设缺陷,完成检测方法设计。实例证明,设计方法可实现对地面缺陷图像的精准检测,提高检测效率。
In order to realize the accurate detection of cracks in the construction of adhesive film and improve the detection efficiency,the design and research of the detection method for the seamless laying of adhesive film on the basement floor are carried out.Connect all the on-site inspection equipment,use the interface unit,and lay the on-site inspection equipment on the seamless ground through the interactive relationship between data streams,so as to realize good communication between different equipment on the site.Use the image acquisition device to scan the adhesive film seamless ground of the basement floor to obtain the laying image.Wavelet decomposition technology is introduced to carry out wavelet transform processing,noise reduction processing,image enhancement and fusion processing on two-dimensional images.According to the way of computer multi thread synchronous image processing,the defects of ground laying are detected,and the design of detection method is completed.The example shows that the design method can realize the accurate detection of the ground defect image and improve the detection efficiency.
