小孔螺纹铣削的参数化编程及应用

摘要 为了解决小孔螺纹攻丝存在的攻丝扭矩大、排屑困难、丝锥易折断等加工难题和适应多品种、小批量小孔螺纹铣削的柔性生产要求,提出了一种小孔螺纹铣削的参数化编程方法,并在此基础上通过加工实例研究小孔螺纹铣削的参数化加工程序。通过VERICUT仿真,验证了加工程序的安全性和可行性。研究发现,该加工程序适用于任意规格的小孔螺纹加工,具有极高的推广应用价值。 In order to solve the machining problems such as large tapping torque,difficult chip removal and easy breaking of tap in small hole thread tapping and meet the flexible production requirements of multi-variety and small-lot in small hole thread milling,a parametric programming method of small hole thread milling is proposed in this paper.Thereby the parametric machining program of small hole thread milling is studied through a machining example.Through VERICUT simulation,the security and feasibility of the machining program are verified.The study shows that the machining program is suitable for machining small hole threads of any specification,and has high popularization and application value.
