蓝宝石具有良好的化学稳定性能、力学机械性能、透光性好、电气绝缘性好、耐磨以及硬度大等良好特性,被广泛应用于医疗设备、航天设备以及国防军事等领域。随着我国科技的快速发展,人们对于蓝宝石晶片的表面加工质量要求也越来越高,因此对蓝宝石晶片清洗成为行业里必不可少的一环。传统的蓝宝石晶片的清洗方法是人工刷洗,效率较低,员工工作量大,且伴随着很多不确定因素,很容易磕坏晶片边缘。本设计定位于蓝宝石晶片的清洗,利用毛刷配以药液,直接洗刷蓝宝石表面长时间形成的难以清除的污渍。此外,根据企业实际需求,参考已有的喷淋洗刷装置,研究设计了一款适用于蓝宝石晶片清洗的整套洗刷系统,确保达到机器运行时的平稳性、精确性和安全性。

Sapphire has good chemical stability,mechanical and mechanical properties,good light transmittance,good electrical insulation,wear resistance,high hardness and other good characteristics,and is widely used in medical equipment,aerospace equipment,national defense and military and other fields.With the rapid development of science and technology in China,the requirements for the surface processing quality of sapphire chips are getting higher and higher,so the cleaning of sapphire chips has become indispensable in the industry.In the past,the traditional cleaning method for sapphire chips was manual brushing,which was inefficient,with heavy workload of employees,and with many uncertainties,it was easy to damage the edges of the chips.This design is aimed at the cleaning of sapphire chips.It directly cleans the hard to remove stains formed on the surface of sapphire for a long time by using a brush and medicinal solution.According to the actual needs of the enterprise and referring to the existing spray scrubbing device,the subject studies and designs a complete set of scrubbing system suitable for sapphire chip cleaning to ensure the stability,accuracy and safety of the machine during operation.
