摘要
天车是石油钻机关键的部件之一。天车架是天车的主要承载结构,连接在井架顶部,其上安装着快绳滑轮和天车滑轮组。以石油钻机STC-450天车架为研究对象,利用SolidWorks软件对此型天车架进行精确建模,借助有限元软件完成其强度分析和模态分析,结果能为天车架的合理设计和减少振动等提供理论参考。
Crown block is one of the key components of drilling rig,and crown block frame is the main load-bearing structure of crane block,which is connected to the top of the derrick and equipped with fast line pulley and the crane pulley block.This paper takes the STC-450 crown block frame of the oil rig as the research object,accurately modeling this type of crown block frame through solid works software,and completing its strength analysis and modal analysis with finite element software.The results of this paper can lay a theoretical foundation for the rational design of crown block frame and the reduction of vibration.
