摘要 伴随着经济全球化的发展,现代机械制造行业若想占据未来的市场,需要对机械结构进行分析与优化设计。传统的优化方法由形状优化、尺寸优化和拓扑优化3种组成。随着优化算法的创新发展,它又衍生出许多新的优化设计方法。与传统的设计概念相比,现代机械设计理论和优化方法在提高优化效率和求解精度方面具有显著优势。文章将介绍常用的传统优化设计方法和现代设计理论方法,对其进行对比分析,并结合今后的发展进行思考与总结。 With the development of economic globalization,it is necessary to analyze and optimize the mechanical structure in order to make the modern machinery manufacturing industry occupy the market in the future development.The traditional optimization method consists of shape optimization,size optimization and topology optimization.With the innovation and development of optimization algorithm,many new optimization design methods have been derived.Compared with the traditional design concept,modern mechanical design theory and optimization method have obvious advantages,which provide great help in improving optimization efficiency and solving accuracy.This paper will introduce the traditional and commonly used optimization design methods and modern new design theory methods,and make a comparative analysis,and finally think and summarize by combining with the future development.
