摘要
为实现放射性腐蚀试片预处理工艺自动化,设计、研制了自动化分析预处理装置。针对吊装接头、吊运参数控制等技术进行了详细研究,实现了腐蚀试片自动转运、清洗、喷淋的工艺操作且各工序间精准转移,晃动角度小于±1.5°,重复定位精度不大于±1 mm。研制的自动化分析预处理装置可用于放射性液腐蚀试验的预处理。
In order to realize the automation of the pretreatment process of radioactive corrosion test pieces,an automatic analysis pretreatment device was designed and developed.Aiming at the key problems:hoisting joints,hoisting parameter control and other technologies have been studied in detail,the process operations of automatic transfer,cleaning and spraying of corrosion test pieces have been realized,and the precise transfer between each process,shaking angle less than±1.5°,repeat positioning accuracy less than or equal to±1 mm.The developed automatic analysis pretreatment device can be used for the pretreatment of radioactive liquid corrosion test.
