摘要
为了解决当前隧道管片钢筋骨架焊接方式单一、焊接质量一致性差以及生产效率低下等问题,从焊接工艺和工装设计两方面出发,对钢筋骨架自动焊接进行研究。结果表明,钢筋骨架自动焊接及其再优化是提高钢筋骨架制造效率的重要手段。此外,自动焊接可节省大量人力投入,改善生产现场的整洁度和有序性。
In order to solve the problems such as single welding method,poor consistency of welding quality and low production efficiency,etc.This paper studies the automatic welding of reinforcement skeleton from welding technology and fixture design.Results show that automatic welding and reoptimization is an important means to improve the comprehensive efficiency of segment reinforcement skeleton manufacturing.At the same time,the realization of automatic welding saves a lot of manpower input and improves the cleanliness and order of the production site.
