摘要
为解决柔性制造系统(Flexible Manufacturing System,FMS)加工航空发动机零部件效率低、产品质量不稳定及机床设备利用率低等问题,以某系列航空发动机壳体零件柔性制造系统技术的应用为例,通过分析航空发动机某零件制造特点,阐述系统功能集成与开发、自动化工艺开发在柔性加工过程中的重要性,提出FMS在航空发动机制造领域应用过程中需立足于自动化加工工艺与系统集成的观点。
In order to solve the problems of low machining efficiency,unstable product quality and low utilization rate of machine tools and equipment of aeroengine parts with Flexible Manufacturing System(FMS)technology,this paper takes the application of flexible manufacturing system technology for a series of aeroengine shell parts as an example,and through analyzing the manufacturing characteristics of an aeroengine part,expounds the importance of system function integration and development and automatic process development in the flexible machining process.It is pointed out that the application of FMS in aeroengine manufacturing should be based on the integration of automatic processing technology and system.
