摘要
随着3D打印技术的发展,3D打印机被广泛使用。以塑料或树脂为材料的3D打印设备,在工作时会由于高温产生有毒尾气。尾气的主要成分为挥发性有机化合物(Volatile Organic Compounds,VOC),直接排放至大气中将产生恶劣影响。因此,提出了热活化氧化物半导体净化技术,并设计了一种用于3D打印机有毒尾气处理的装置,可实现对挥发性有机物的高效净化,很好地解决了有毒尾气造成危害的问题。
With the development of the 3D-printing technology,3D-printing devices are widely utilized.Due to the high temperature when the device composed of plastic or resin is at work,it will generate toxic fume.The main component of the fume are Volatile Organic Compounds(VOC).If we directly discharge the VOC into the atmosphere,it will exercise severe influence.In response to this,the essay proposes thermally activated oxide semiconductor purification technology and designs a kind of equipment applied to the disposal of toxic fume,with which the high-efficiency purification of the volatile organic compounds could be achieved and the damage brought by the toxic fume could be settled.
