基于机器视觉的大型激光装置自动装配系统研究

摘要 为满足大型激光装置建设及维护过程中的装配要求,将采用视觉辅助的自动装配系统应用于装置的装配作业,分析双目视觉测量系统的原理,详细阐述视觉辅助的自动化装配流程,并设计控制软件的架构,最后以大型激光装置的真空靶室维护工装为例,设计并分析靶室第一壁的拆装工装,对大型激光装置的建设及维护具有重要意义。 In order to meet the assembly requirements of the large-scale laser device during the construction and maintenance process,this paper applies the visual-assisted automatic assembly system to the assembly operation of the device.This paper analyzed the principle of binocular vision measurement system,elaborates the vision-assisted automated assembly process in detail,and designs the architecture of the control software.Finally,the article takes the vacuum target chamber maintenance tooling of a large laser device as an example,designs and analyzes the disassembly and assembly tooling of the first wall of the target chamber,which is of great significance to the construction and maintenance of large laser devices.
