摘要
高层建筑的供水系统是给排水系统的重要部分,不仅要满足生活用水和消防用水,还要满足其他功能用水需求。研制一套恒压变频供水控制系统,采用三菱FX3U可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC)和变频器相结合的闭环控制方式,通过压力传感器检测用户管网的水压,使系统自动调节水泵的工作运行状态,达到恒压供水和节能的目的。
Water supply systems in high-rise buildings is an important part of water supply and drainage system,not only to meet the domestic water,fire water,but also to meet the needs of other functions of water.This paper developed a set of constant pressure variable frequency water supply system,using Mitsubishi FX3U Programmable Logic Controller(PLC)and inverter combined closed-loop control mode,through the pressure sensor to detect the water pressure of the user pipe network,so that the system automatically adjust the pump running state,to achieve constant pressure water supply and energy saving purposes.
