摘要
有机超粗化废液是一种有机酸废液,目前处理工艺主要是酸碱中和后,经过固液分离回收有价值的铜,滤液经过二次处理达标后排放。该工艺不仅会产生危险废物铜泥,同时还会造成有机酸资源的浪费。为了对资源的循环利用,本文对有机超粗化废液电解及回用工艺进行研究。实验结果表明:电流密度为3 A/dm^(2)(ASD),在空气搅拌的条件下进行电解,电解后阴极回收的铜质地柔软,纯度大于99%,电解后的低铜液补充甲酸、添加剂等组分后,再生超粗化液咬铜量、铜面粗化效果与新配超粗化液基本一致。
This paper studies the electrolysis and reuse process of organic ultra coarse waste liquid.The experimental results show that the current density is 3 A/dm^(3).The electrolysis is carried out under the condition of air stirring.The copper recovered by the cathode after electrolysis is soft in texture.The purity is greater than 99%,and the amount of copper biting and copper surface roughening effect of the regenerated ultra roughening liquid are basically the same as those of the new ultra roughening solution after supplementation with formic acid,additives and other components.
