营养调控肉仔鸡热应激的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 热应激给我国的肉仔鸡养殖造成了较大的经济损失,因此,养殖行业迫切需要寻找更多有效且实用的技术手段应对肉仔鸡在高温环境下出现的应激反应。营养调控能通过提高肉仔鸡的抗氧化能力、保持肠道内环境的稳定性、提高免疫性能等方式,减少热应激给肉仔鸡生长和健康造成的不良影响。文章从营养水平、营养性添加剂和非营养性添加剂三个角度对营养调控肉仔鸡热应激的进行了综述,为采用营养手段减轻肉仔鸡热应激的负面影响提供更多科学参考。 Heat stress has caused great financial loss for broiler breeding in China.Therefore,the breeding industry urgently needs to find more effective and practical technical methods to cope with the stress broilers undergoing in high temperature environment.Nutritional regulation reduces the adverse effects on broilers'growth and health caused by heat stress by improving the antioxidant capacity of broilers,maintaining the stability of intestinal environment and improving immune performance.From the views of nutritional level,nutritional additives and nonnutritional additives,the research on nutritional regulation of heat stress in broilers were reviewed,more scientific references for reducing the adverse effects of heat stress on broilers through nutritional methods were provided.
