基于社交媒体的俄乌冲突认知对抗:原因、特点与启示

Cognitive Confrontation Based on Social Media Platforms in the Russia-Ukraine Conflict:Reasons,Characteristics and Enlightenment

[研究目的]俄乌冲突期间,双方不仅在军事领域开展了激烈对抗,在社交媒体也进行了长期、隐蔽、多元化的认知争夺。研究俄乌双方围绕社交媒体展开的认知对抗,可以为我应对美西方对华认知战提供一定的启示和借鉴。[研究方法]基于国内外智库报告、新闻报道和学术论文等文献剖析了俄乌双方基于社交媒体开展认知对抗的原因及其特点。[研究结论]研究发现,明暗战线遥相呼应、一体推进的博弈方式是社交媒体时代战争的新特点。为应对美西方基于社交媒体的认知战,中国应深化认知对抗机理研究,推进认知对抗平台建设,优化社交媒体监管,加强对外战略传播,提高民众安全意识,确保做好全方位应对工作。

[Research purpose]During the Russia-Ukraine conflict,the two sides not only engaged in fierce confrontation in the military field,but also conducted a lasting,covert and diversified cognitive contention.The study of the social media-based cognitive confrontation between Russia and Ukraine can provide some insights and lessons for China's response to the cognitive warfare conducted by the United States and Western countries.[Research method]Based on domestic and international think-tank reports,news,and academic papers,this paper analyzed the reasons and characteristics of social media-based cognitive confrontation between Russia and Ukraine.[Research conclusion]This study finds that the game of integrating explicit and implicit fronts is a new characteristic of warfare in the social media era.In order to deal with the social media-based cognitive warfare conducted by the United States and Western countries,China should deepen its research on the mechanism of cognitive confrontation,promote the construction of cognitive confrontation platforms,optimize its social media regulation,strengthen international strategic communication,and raise public security awareness,so as to ensure all-round response.
