个人创意驱动理论综述

摘要 知识时代,创新已经成为主旋律,社会经济发展依靠创新驱动,企业产品依靠创新占领市场,个人依靠创新获得财富,实现自我价值。个体是社会的小分子,创意是创新的基础,本文着眼于社会创新基础,针对影响驱动个体创意的内在和外在因素,立足于个体创意驱动理论,应用文献综述法,对国内外现有研究成果进行归纳、分析和述评。
