卵巢癌组织支原体感染及TLR2 mRNA、TLR4 mRNA、NF-κB mRNA表达及意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的 探讨卵巢癌组织支原体感染及Toll样受体(TLR)2 mRNA、TLR4 mRNA、核转录因子κB(NF-κB)mRNA表达及意义。方法 选择2019年3月-2022年9月赣南医学院第一附属医院妇产科收治的98例卵巢癌患者及30例非卵巢癌患者为研究对象,分别纳入卵巢癌组及对照组,以手术取材的卵巢癌组织及正常卵巢组织作为样本,采用巢式聚合酶链式反应(PCR)检测卵巢组织支原体感染情况,采用实时荧光定量PCR检测卵巢组织TLR2 mRNA、TLR4 mRNA、NF-κB mRNA表达情况。结果 卵巢癌组标本及对照组标本支原体总体阳性率分别为44.90%、13.33%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实时荧光定量PCR显示,卵巢癌组标本TLR2、TLR4、NF-κB等因子mRNA表达量高于对照组标本(P<0.05)。卵巢癌支原体感染组患者TLR2、TLR4、NF-κB等因子mRNA表达高于非感染组患者(P<0.05)。结论 支原体感染及TLR2 mRNA、TLR4 mRNA、NF-κB mRNA表达可能与卵巢癌有一定关联,对于存在支原体感染的生殖道炎症患者宜积极治疗,降低卵巢癌发生风险。 OBJECTIVE To explore the mycoplasma infection and expressions of Toll-like receptor(TLR) 2 mRNA, TLR4 mRNA and nuclear transcription factor-κB(NF-κB)mRNA in cancer tissues of patients with ovarian cancer. METHODS Totally 98 patients with ovarian cancer and 30 patients with non-ovarian cancer who were treated in obstetrics and gynecology department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical College from Mar 2019 to Sep 2022 were recruited as the research subjects and were respectively assigned as the ovarian cancer group and the control group. The ovarian cancer tissues and normal ovarian tissues were collected by surgical means. The mycoplasma infection of ovarian tissues was detected by nested polymerase chain reaction(PCR), and the expressions of TLR2 mRNA, TLR4 mRNA and NF-κB mRNA in ovarian tissues were detected by means of real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR. RESULTS The total positive rate of mycoplasma was 44.90% in the ovarian cancer group, 13.33% in the control group, and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). The real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR showed that the expression levels of TLR2, TLR4 and NF-κB mRNA of the ovarian cancer group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). In the ovarian cancer group, the expression levels of TLR2, TLR4 and NF-κB mRNA of the patients with mycoplasma infection were significantly higher than those of the patients without mycoplasma infection(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The mycoplasma infection and the expressions of TLR2 mRNA, TLR4 mRNA and NF-κB mRNA may be associated with the occurrence of ovarian cancer. It is necessary to take active treatment measures for the genital tract inflammation patients with mycoplasma infection so as to reduce the risk of ovarian cancer.
