全自动乳腺容积成像结合二维超声鉴别乳腺病变性质的价值

摘要 目的探讨全自动乳腺容积成像(ABVS)结合二维超声鉴别乳腺病变性质的价值。方法选取2020年10月至2022年10月我院收治的80例乳腺病变患者,均接受二维超声及ABVS检查,分析二者诊断乳腺恶性病变的价值。结果80例患者86个病灶中,经病理检查44个良性病灶,42个恶性病灶。二维超声、ABVS、二维超声+ABVS诊断乳腺恶性病灶的准确度分别为75.58%、90.70%、94.19%。ABVS及二维超声+ABVS诊断乳腺恶性病灶的准确度高于二维超声(P<0.05)。结论二维超声结合ABVS鉴别乳腺病变性质的应用价值较高,ABVS可弥补二维超声的不足,提高乳腺恶性病变的检出率。 Objective To explore the value of automated breast volume scanner(ABVS)combined with two-dimensional ultrasound in differentiating the nature of breast lesions.Methods 80 patients with breast lesions admitted to our hospital from October 2020 to October 2022 were selected.All cases underwent two-dimensional ultrasound and ABVS examinations,and the value of two examinations in the diagnosis of breast malignant lesions were analyzed.Results Of the 86 lesions in 80 patients,pathological examination showed 44 benign lesions and 42 malignant lesions.The accuracy rates of two-dimensional ultrasound,ABVS,and two-dimensional ultrasound+ABVS in diagnosing breast malignant lesions were 75.58%,90.70%,and 94.19%respectively.The accuracy rates of ABVS and two-dimensional ultrasound+ABVS in diagnosing breast malignant lesions were higher than the accuracy rate of two-dimensional ultrasound(P<0.05).Conclusions The application value of two-dimensional ultrasound combined with ABVS in differentiating the nature of breast lesions is high.ABVS can make up for the deficiency of two-dimensional ultrasound and improve the detection rate of malignant breast lesions.
