宫腔镜下电切术联合左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统治疗子宫内膜息肉的效果探讨 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨宫腔镜下电切术联合左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统治疗子宫内膜息肉的临床效果。方法96例子宫内膜息肉患者随机分为两组各48例,对照组接受宫腔镜下电切术治疗,观察组接受宫腔镜下电切术联合左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统治疗,比较两组的临床疗效、不良反应发生率及复发率。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为93.75%,显著高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应发生率、复发率分别为6.25%、2.08%,均显著低于对照组的20.83%、22.92%(P<0.05)。结论宫腔镜下电切术联合左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统治疗子宫内膜息肉效果显著,能明显降低不良反应发生率及复发率。 Objective To explore the clinical effect of hysteroscopic electrotomy combined with levonorgestrel intrauterine sustained-release system in the treatment of endometrial polyps.Methods 96 patients with endometrial polyps were randomly divided into two groups,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with hysteroscopic electrotomy,and the observation group was treated with hysteroscopic electrotomy combined with levonorgestrel intrauterine sustained-release system.The clinical efficacy,incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.75%,significantly higher than 75.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate in the observation group were 6.25%and 2.08%respectively,significantly lower than 20.83%and 22.92%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Hysteroscopic electrotomy combined with levonorgestrel intrauterine sustained-release system in the treatment of endometrial polyps has significant effect,which can obviously reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate.
