多期MSCT增强扫描联合三维重建技术用于结肠癌术前评估的临床价值分析 被引量:5

Analysis on the Clinical Value of Multi-Phase MSCT Enhanced Scan Combined with Three-Dimensional Reconstruction Technique in Preoperative Evaluation of Colon Cancer

摘要 目的探讨多期MSCT增强扫描联合三维重建技术用于结肠癌术前评估的临床价值。方法选取92例疑似结肠癌患者,均行MSCT检查。以手术病理结果作为金标准,分析多期MSCT增强扫描联合三维重建技术在结肠癌术前评估中的价值。结果多期MSCT增强扫描联合三维重建技术的特异度、敏感度、准确性均高于单纯多期MSCT增强扫描(P<0.05)。Kappa检验显示,多期MSCT增强扫描联合三维重建技术与手术病理检查结果的一致性良好(Kappa值=0.837,P=0.000)。结论多期MSCT增强扫描联合三维重建技术在结肠癌术前评估中具有较高的应用价值,可为临床治疗方案的拟定提供可靠参考依据。 Objective To explore the clinical value of multi-phase MSCT enhanced scan combined with three-dimensional reconstruction technique in preoperative evaluation of colon cancer.Methods 92 patients with suspected colon cancer were selected and underwent MSCT examination.With surgical pathological results as the gold standard,the value of multi-phase MSCT enhanced scan combined with three-dimensional reconstruction technique in preoperative evaluation of colon cancer was analyzed.Results The specificity,sensitivity and accuracy of multi-phase MSCT enhanced scan combined with three-dimensional reconstruction technique were higher than those of multi-phase MSCT enhanced scan alone(P<0.05).Kappa test showed that the consistency between multi-phase MSCT enhanced scan combined with three-dimensional reconstruction technique and surgical pathological examination was good(Kappa value=0.837,P=0.000).Conclusions Multi-phase MSCT enhanced scan combined with three-dimensional reconstruction technology has high application value in preoperative evaluation of colon cancer,which can provide a reliable reference for the formulation of clinical treatment plan.
