不同剂量沙库巴曲缬沙坦对缺血性心肌病患者心室重构的影响

Impact of Different Doses of Sacubitril Valsartan on Ventricular Remodeling of Patients with Ischemic Cardiomyopathy

目的探讨不同剂量沙库巴曲缬沙坦对缺血性心肌病患者心室重构的影响。方法50例缺血性心肌病患者随机分为两组,对照组应用常规剂量沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗,观察组应用低剂量沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗,比较两组的治疗效果、心室重构指标及不良反应。结果两组的总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组的LVMI、LVRI、RVEDV及RVESV水平均低于治疗前(P<0.05),但两组的LVMI、LVRI、RVEDV及RVESV水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组的不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论低剂量沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗缺血性心肌病可获得与常规剂量相当的临床效果,可有效改善心室重构,且安全性更高。

Objective To explore the impact of different doses of sacubitril valsartan on ventricular remodeling of patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy.Methods 50 patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with conventional dose of sacubitril valsartan,and the observation group was treated with low dose of sacubitril valsartan.The therapeutic effect,ventricular remodeling indicators and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results No significant difference was found in the total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of LVMI,LVRI,RVEDV and RVESV in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),while no significant difference was found in the levels of LVMI,LVRI,RVEDV and RVESV between the two groups(P>0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Low-dose sacubitril valsartan in the treatment of ischemic cardiomyopathy can achieve the same clinical effect as the conventional dose,which can effectively improve ventricular remodeling and has higher safety.
