蒲地蓝消炎口服液联合洛美沙星治疗急性化脓性中耳炎的效果分析

Analysis on the Effect of Pudilan Xiaoyan Oral Liquid Combined with Lomefloxacin in the Treatment of Acute Suppurative Otitis Media

目的探讨蒲地蓝消炎口服液联合洛美沙星治疗急性化脓性中耳炎的临床效果。方法96例急性化脓性中耳炎患者根据治疗方法的不同分为两组。对照组采用洛美沙星治疗,观察组采用蒲地蓝消炎口服液联合洛美沙星治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、炎性因子(IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α)水平以及不良反应发生率。结果治疗14 d后,观察组的总有效率为98.00%,显著高于对照组的84.78%(P<0.05)。治疗14 d后,两组的IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α水平均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),且观察组的IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。随访6个月期间,观察组的复发率为2.00%,显著低于对照组的15.22%(P<0.05)。结论蒲地蓝消炎口服液联合洛美沙星治疗急性化脓性中耳炎的效果显著,可降低患者炎性因子水平及复发率。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Pudilan Xiaoyan Oral Liquid combined with lomefloxacin in the treatment of acute suppurative otitis media.Methods 96 patients with acute suppurative otitis media were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with lomefloxacin,and the observation group was treated with Pudilan Xiaoyan Oral Liquid combined with lomefloxacin.The clinical efficacy,levels of inflammatory factors(IL-6,IL-8,TNF-α)and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After 14 days of treatment,the total effective rate in the observation group was 98.00%,significantly higher than 84.78%in the control group(P<0.05).After 14 days of treatment,the levels of IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-αin the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels ofIL-6,IL-8 and TNF-αin the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).During the 6-month follow-up,the recurrence rate in the observation group was 2.00%,significantly lower than 15.22%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Pudilan Xiaoyan Oral Liquid combined with lomefloxacin in the treatment of acute suppurative otitis media has significant effect,which can reduce the levels of inflammatory factors and recurrence rate.
