ABC情绪护理联合穴位埋线对宫颈癌术后患者睡眠质量及心理状态的影响

Impact of ABC Emotional Nursing Combined with Acupoint Catgut Embedding on Sleep Quality and Psychological State of Patients After Cervical Cancer Surgery

目的探讨ABC情绪护理联合穴位埋线对宫颈癌术后患者睡眠质量、心理状态的影响。方法60例宫颈癌术后患者随机分为两组各30例,对照组术后给予常规护理,研究组给予ABC情绪护理联合穴位埋线,比较两组干预前后的睡眠质量、心理状态以及护理满意度。结果干预后,两组的PSQI各项评分均较干预前降低,研究组的各项评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,研究组的SCL-90各项评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论ABC情绪护理联合穴位埋线能改善宫颈癌术后患者的睡眠质量和心理状态,提高护理满意度。

Objective To explore the impact of ABC emotional nursing combined with acupoint catgut embedding on sleep quality and psychological state of patients after cervical cancer surgery.Methods 60 patients after cervical cancer surgery were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.After surgery,the control group received routine nursing,and the study group received ABC emotional nursing combined with acupoint catgut embedding.The sleep quality and psychological state before and after intervention,and the nursing satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the PSQI scores of the two groups were lower than those before intervention,and the scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of SCL-90 of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction degree of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions ABC emotional nursing combined with acupoint catgut embedding can improve the sleep quality and psychological state of patients after cervical cancer surgery,and improve their nursing satisfaction degree.
