脉冲冲洗联合手术室针对性护理预防膝关节置换患者术后切口感染的效果分析

Analysis on the Effect of Pulse Irrigation Combined with Targeted Nursing in Operating Room in Prevention of Postoperative Incision Infection in Patients Underwent Knee Arthroplasty

目的探讨脉冲冲洗联合手术室针对性护理预防膝关节置换患者术后切口感染的效果。方法80例膝关节置换患者随机分为两组,观察组予以脉冲冲洗联合手术室针对性护理,对照组予以手术室针对性护理,比较两组的干预效果。结果观察组的切口感染率低于对照组,愈合情况优于对照组,术后7 d的IL-6、CRP、TNF-α水平均低于对照组,住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论脉冲冲洗联合手术室针对性护理可有效预防膝关节置换患者术后切口感染,促进切口愈合,减轻术后炎性反应。

Objective To explore the effect of pulse irrigation combined with targeted nursing in operating room in prevention of postoperative incision infection in patients underwent knee arthroplasty.Methods 80 patients with knee arthroplasty were randomly divided into two groups.The observation group received pulse irrigation combined with targeted nursing in operating room,and the control group received targeted nursing in operating room.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The incision infection rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the healing was better than that of the control group,the levels of IL-6,CRP and TNF-αat 7 d after surgery were lower than those of the control group,and the hospitalization time was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Pulse rrigation combined with targeted nursing in operating room can effectively prevent postoperative incision infection,promote incision healing and reduce postoperative inflammatory response in patients underwent knee arthroplasty.
