协同护理结合医护一体化模式在输尿管软镜下钬激光取石术中的应用

Application of Collaborative Nursing Combined with Integrated Medical Care Mode in Holmium Laser Lithotripsy Under Flexible Ureteroscope

目的探讨协同护理结合医护一体化模式在输尿管软镜下钬激光取石术(HLL-FU)中的应用效果。方法92例HLL-FU患者随机分为两组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用协同护理结合医护一体化模式护理。比较两组的围术期指标、并发症、焦虑情绪及满意度。结果护理后,观察组的手术时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、术后肛门排气时间、术后首次进食时间均短于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,满意度评分高于对照组,SAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论协同护理结合医护一体化模式可降低HLL-FU患者术后并发症发生率,促进患者快速恢复,改善焦虑情绪,提升满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of collaborative nursing combined with integrated medical care mode in holmium laser lithotripsy under flexible ureteroscope(HLL-FU).Methods 92 patients with HLL-FU were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received collaborative nursing combined with integrated medical care mode nursing.The perioperative indicators,complications,anxiety emotion and satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the operation time,recovery time of bowel sounds,postoperative anal exhaust time and postoperative first feeding time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group,the satisfaction degree score was higher than that in the control group,and the SAS score was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Collaborative nursing combined with integrated medical care mode can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications of HLL-FU patients,promote rapid recovery of patients,and improve anxiety emotion and satisfaction degree.
