孕晚期孕妇纯母乳喂养意愿及其影响因素分析

Analysis on the Willingness of Exclusive Breastfeeding of Pregnant Women in the Third Trimester of Pregnancy and Its Influencing Factors

目的调查孕晚期孕妇纯母乳喂养意愿,并分析相关影响因素。方法选取2019年11月至2021年11月于我院产检的78例孕晚期孕妇,对其纯母乳喂养意愿进行调查,分析影响其纯母乳喂养意愿的相关因素。结果78例孕晚期孕妇中,有纯母乳喂养意愿占比83.33%(65/78)。单因素分析和多因素Logistic回归分析显示,不认同母乳是宝宝最好的食品、未看过母乳喂养教程、不了解纯母乳喂养相关知识为孕晚期孕妇无纯母乳喂养意愿的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论部分孕晚期孕妇不愿行纯母乳喂养,孕晚期孕妇无纯母乳喂养意愿的主要影响因素为不认同母乳是宝宝最好的食品、未看过母乳喂养教程、不了解纯母乳喂养相关知识,临床需加强对此类孕妇的母乳喂养教育,以改善其对纯母乳喂养的认知,提高纯母乳喂养率。

Objective To investigate the willingness of exclusive breastfeeding of pregnant women in the third trimester of pregnancy,and analyze the related influencing factors.Methods 78 pregnant women in the third trimester of pregnancy who received prenatal examination in our hospital from November 2019 to November 2021 were selected to investigate their willingness of exclusive breastfeeding,and the related factors affecting their willingness of exclusive breastfeeding were analyzed.Results Among the 78 pregnant women in the third trimester of pregnancy,83.33%(65/78)had the willingness of exclusive breastfeeding.Univariate analysis and multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that disagreement that breast milk is the best food for babies,failure to read breastfeeding tutorials,and lack of knowledge about exclusive breastfeeding were independent influencing factors for unwillingness of exclusive breastfeeding of pregnant women in the third trimester of pregnancy(P<0.05).Conclusions Some pregnant women in the third trimester of pregnancy are unwilling to undergo exclusive breastfeeding,and the main influencing factors for their unwillingness to do so are their disagreement that breast milk is the best food for their babies,their failure to read breastfeeding tutorials,and their lack of knowledge about exclusive breastfeeding.In clinical practice,it is necessary to strengthen breastfeeding education for such pregnant women to improve their understanding of exclusive breastfeeding and increase the rate of exclusive breasteeding.
