中性粒细胞计数/淋巴细胞计数比值与骨质疏松症的相关性研究

Study on the Correlation Between Neutrophil-to-Lymphocyte Ratio and Osteoporosis

目的探讨中性粒细胞计数/淋巴细胞计数比值(NLR)与骨质疏松症(OP)的关系,评估其对OP的诊断价值。方法选取2019年8月至2021年8月我院收治的63例OP患者,纳入观察组;另选取同期69例健康体检者,纳入对照组。比较两组的生化指标,分析NLR与OP患者ESR、CRP、BMD的相关性;绘制受试者工作曲线(ROC),分析NLR诊断OP的效能。结果观察组的白细胞、中性粒细胞、NLR、单核细胞、ESR、CRP水平均高于对照组,淋巴细胞、BMD水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。Pearson相关分析显示,NLR与OP患者的ESR、CRP呈正相关(r=0.439、0.426,P<0.05),与BMD呈负相关(r=-0.397,P<0.05)。ROC曲线显示,NLR诊断OP的AUC为0.811(95%CI:0.737~0.886),诊断价值较高。结论OP患者的血清NLR表达水平明显升高,且NLR与OP患者的ESR、CRP、BMD密切相关,可作为早期鉴别诊断OP的重要参考指标。

Objective To explore the correlation between neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio(NLR)and osteoporosis(OP),and to evaluate the diagnostic value of NLR for OP.Methods A total of 63 OP patients admitted to our hospital from August 2019 to August 2021 were selected as the observation group,and 69 healthy subjects with physical examination were selected as the control group.The biochemical indicators of the two groups were compared,and the correlations between NLR and ESR,CRP,BMD in OP patients were analyzed.The receiver operating curve(ROC)was drawn to analyze the efficacy of NLR in the diagnosis of OP.Results The levels of leukocytes,neutrophils,NLR,monocytes,ESR,and CRP in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the levels of lymphocytes and BMD were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that NLR was positively correlated with ESR and CRP in OP patients(r=0.439,P<0.05;r=0.426;P<0.05),and negatively correlated with BMD(r=-0.397,P<0.05).ROC curve showed that the AUC of NLR in diagnosing OP was 0.811(95%CI:0.737~0.886),which had high diagnostic value.Conclusions The expression level of serum NLR in OP patients is significantly elevated,and NLR is closely related to ESR,CRP and BMD in OP patients,which can be used as an important reference index for early differential diagnosis of OP.
