B族链球菌核酸检测在产前筛查中的应用

Application of Group B Streptococcus Nucleic Acid Detection in Prenatal Screening

目的 探讨B族链球菌核酸检测在产前筛查中的临床应用价值。方法 选取2021年1月至2021年11月在我院产检及分娩的3 996例产妇,在孕35~37周时采集其肛周与阴道分泌物进行PCR检查,统计B族链球菌的阳性检出率,比较B族链球菌阳性组、 B族链球菌阴性组的分娩状况及母婴并发症发生情况。结果 3 996例产妇中,360例产妇检出B族链球菌,阳性检出率为9.01%。B族链球菌阳性组的顺产率低于B族链球菌阴性组,剖宫产率高于B族链球菌阴性组(P <0.05)。B族链球菌阳性组的产妇并发症总发生率、新生儿并发症总发生率均高于B族链球菌阴性组(P <0.05)。结论 产前筛查中应用B族链球菌核酸检测利于指导临床科学干预,降低母婴并发症发生风险,降低剖宫产率,改善分娩结局。

Objective To explore the clinical application value of group B streptococcus nucleic acid detection in prenatal screening.Methods From January 2021 to November 2021,3996 pregnant women who underwent prenatal examination and delivery in our hospital were selected.The perianal and vaginal secretions were collected for PCR examination at 35~37 weeks of gestation.The positive detection rate of group B streptococcus was counted,and the delivery status and the maternal and infant complications of group B streptococcus positive group and group B streptococcus negative group were compared.Results Among 3996 pregnant women,group B streptococcus was detected in 360 pregnant women,with the positive detection rate of9.01%.The natural birth rate of group B streptococcus positive group was lower than that of group B streptococcus negative group,and the cesarean section rate was higher than that of group B streptococcus negative group(P<0.05).The total incidence of maternal complications and the total incidence of neonatal complications in the group B streptococcus positive group were higher than those in the group B streptococcus negative group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of group B streptococcus nucleic acid detection in prenatal screening is conducive to guiding clinical scientific intervention,reducing the risk of maternal and infant complications,reducing the rate of cesarean section and improving the outcome of delivery.
