摘要
目的探讨CT增强扫描中,不同对比剂注射速率对心腔和大血管内气体产生的原因和影响因素并提出防范措施。方法选取2018年10月~2019年11月冠状动脉CTA、肺动脉CTA和胸部增强扫描各200例患者影像资料,分析不同对比剂注射速率在心腔和大血管气体发生率、影像表现和气体分布特点,并与2020年2~12月间一组高注射速率下采取了预防措施的冠状动脉CTA气体发生率进行对比分析。结果注射速率为5 ml/s的冠状动脉CTA和注射速率4.5 ml/s的肺动脉CTA气体发生率分别为6.5%和3.5%,而注射速率为3 ml/s的胸部CT增强扫描无1例产生气体。结论相同条件下,对比剂注射速率越大,心腔和大血管内气体发生率越高,高压管路连接处密封不良,可能是气体产生的主要原因之一。
Objective To explore the risk factors of different contrast agent injection rates on gas production in the heart cavity and large blood vessels in enhanced CT scanning,and to propose preventive measures.Methods The imaging data onto 200 cases of coronary artery CT angiography(CTA),200 cases of pulmonary artery CTA,and 200 cases of chest enhanced scan from October 2018 to November 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.We analyzed the gas incidence,imaging manifestations and gas distribution characteristics of different injection rates of contrast agent in the heart cavity and large blood vessels,and compared with CTA of a group that had taken measures to prevent gas generation of high injection rates.Results The injection rates of coronary artery CTA and pulmonary artery CTA were 5m/s and 4.5ml/s,respectively,and the gas generation rates were 6.5%and 3.5%,respectively.However,with the chest CT enhancement at an injection rate of 3 ml/s,the gas generation rates were 0.0%.Conclusion Under the same conditions,the higher the injection rate of the contrast agent,the higher the gas generation rate in the heart cavity and large blood vessels,and the tight connection of high-pressure pipelines may be one of the main reasons for gas generation.
