摘要
肾肿瘤的发病率逐年上升,对肾肿瘤进行精准的诊断、分型、分级将为其精准治疗提供更多依据和支持。影像组学能够通过高通量、无创地提取病灶信息、更深层次地了解肿瘤内部异质性。随着生物医学进入精准医学时代,影像组学在肾肿瘤的术前诊断、术后评估乃至整个治疗阶段都提供了一个新的、有效的方法。现就精准医学背景下影像组学概况及其在肾肿瘤中的运用现状进行综述。
The incidence rate of renal tumors is increasing year by year.Accurate diagnosis,classification and grading of renal tumors will provide more evidence and support for precise treatment.Radiomics can extract lesion information through high-throughput,non-invasively,and understand the internal heterogeneity of tumors at a deeper level.With biomedicine entering the era of precision medicine,Radiomics provides a new and effective method for the preoperative diagnosis,postoperative evaluation and even the whole treatment stage of renal tumors.This article reviews the general situation of radiomics and its application in renal tumors under the background of precision medicine.
