甲状腺微小乳头状癌的超声特征与颈部淋巴结转移的相关性分析 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨甲状腺微小乳头状癌的超声特征与颈部淋巴结转移的相关性。方法选取100例经病理诊断确诊甲状腺微小乳头状癌的患者,依据是否发生颈部淋巴结转移分为观察组和对照组各50例,对比两组间原发灶超声表现差异。结果两组发生部位、纵横比数据对比无明显差异(P>0.05),在形态边界与包膜的关系、钙化血流分布方面数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);将上述因素带入Logistic回归方程计算发现,形态边界与包膜的关系、钙化血流分布均是甲状腺微小乳头状癌颈部淋巴结转移影响因素。结论超声表现特征与甲状腺微小乳头状癌颈部淋巴结转移密切相关。
