吻合器痔上黏膜环切术与传统痔疮切除术治疗痔疮的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of Procedure for Prolapse and Hemorrhoides and Traditional Hemorrhoidectomy for Hemorrhoids

目的 观察和比较痔疮治疗中予以传统痔疮切除术、吻合器痔上黏膜环切术两种手术方式的效果。方法 观察对象为2020年1月—2021年1月在济南市第五人民医院实施手术治疗的痔疮患者85例,以手术方式差异性予以分组,43例予以吻合器痔上黏膜环切术治疗的患者纳入治疗组,42例予以常规手术者归为对照组,对治疗效果、术中出血量、术后VAS评分、手术时间、切口愈合、住院时间、并发症进行观察和对比。结果 与对照组(80.95%)对比,治疗组治疗效果(97.67%)明显较好,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.634,P<0.05);与对照组对比,术中出血量、术后VAS评分、手术时间、切口愈合、住院时间治疗组明显较好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组(26.19%)对比,治疗组患者并发症总发生率(6.98%)明显较低,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.701,P<0.05)。结论 对痔疮患者予以吻合器痔上黏膜环切术治疗与传统痔疮切除术治疗相比效果更为突出,有效性和安全性均更高,手术效果更佳,有利于患者康复。

Objective To observe and compare the effects of the two surgical methods of traditional hemorrhoidectomy and procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoides in the treatment of hemorrhoids.Methods The subjects were 85 patients with hemorrhoids treated surgically in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021,and were grouped according to the difference in surgical methods.43 patients treated with anastomotic suprahemorrhoidal mucosal circumcision were included in the treatment group,and 42 patients treated with conventional surgery were classified as the control group.The treatment effect,intraoperative bleeding,postoperative VAS score,surgery stay,incision healing,hospital stay,and complications) were observed and compared.Results The treatment effect(97.67%) was significantly better in the treatment group compared with the control group(80.95%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.634,P<0.05);intraoperative bleeding,postoperative VAS score,surgery stay,incision healing,and hospital stay were significantly better in the treatment group compared to the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the overall complication rate of patients in the treatment group(6.98%) was significantly lower compared with the control group(26.19%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.701,P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of patients with hemorrhoids with procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoides was more effective,more efficient and safer,and had better surgical results compared with conventional hemorrhoidectomy treatment,which facilitates the patient's recovery,and the procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoides is more worthy of promotion.
