子午流注低频治疗仪对慢性盆腔炎性疼痛的临床疗效分析

Analysis of Clinical Effect of Low Frequency Treatment Instrument with Meridian Flow on Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Pain

目的 探讨子午流注低频治疗仪对慢性盆腔炎性疼痛的临床疗效。方法 选取2021年1月—2022年3月在广州市番禺区何贤纪念医院妇科治疗的92例慢性盆腔炎性疼痛患者并随机分为两组,每组46例。对照组使用常规治疗,在此基础上,观察组使用子午流注低频治疗仪,对比两组的临床疗效、中医证候积分变化、血液流变学指标、生活质量。结果 观察组治疗有效率为93.48%,高于对照组的73.91%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.452,P<0.05);治疗后观察组中医证候积分、血液流变学指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后生理机能、情感职能、精神健康、社会功能、一般健康状态、生理职能、精力、躯体功能等SF-36评分相比,观察组均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 子午流注低频治疗仪对慢性盆腔炎性疼痛的临床疗效显著,能有效缓解证候,改善盆腔血液循环,降低血液黏稠度,提升生活质量。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of the low frequency treatment instrument of meridian flow on chronic pelvic inflammatory pain.Methods A total of 92 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory pain treated in Panyu He Xian Memorial Hospital,Guangzhou from January 2021 to March 2022 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 46 cases in each group.The control group used conventional treatment,on the basis of this,the observation group used meridian flow low-frequency treatment instrument.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score change,hemorheology index and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of the observation group was 93.48%,which was higher than that of the control group(73.91%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.452,P<0.05).After treatment,TCM syndrome scores and hemorheology indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,SF-36 scores of physiological function,emotional function,mental health,social function,general health state,physiological function,energy and physical function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Meridian flow injection low-frequency treatment instrument for chronic pelvic inflammatory pain has significant clinical effect,can effectively relieve the syndrome,improve pelvic blood circulation,reduce blood viscosity,improve the quality of life.
