摘要
目的 分析子宫腺肌病诊断运用单纯经单纯腹部超声检查与联合经阴道超声检查的价值。方法 选取2020年4月—2021年4月东莞市第八人民医院收治的86例疑似子宫肌腺病患者作为研究对象,分别实施经单纯腹部超声检查、经腹部超声联合经阴道超声检查,以临床综合诊断结果为金标准。分析单纯腹部超声检查与联合阴道超声检查的灵敏度、特异度、准确度。结果 经腹部超声联合经阴道超声检查的检出率高于单纯经腹超声,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经腹部超声联合经阴道超声检查的灵敏度、特异度、准确度分别为93.90%、100.00%、94.19%,均明显高于单纯腹部超声检查,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.134、10.126、9.198,P<0.05)。结论 经单纯腹部超声检查联合经阴道超声检查对于子宫肌腺病具有较高的诊断价值,有助于临床评估病情。
Objective To analyze the value of using simple transabdominal ultrasound and combined transvaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of adenomyosis.Method 86 suspected patients with uterine fibroadenosis from the outpatient department of Dongguan Eighth People's Hospital from April 2020 to April 2021 were selected as the study subjects.Transabdominal ultrasound,transabdominal ultrasound combined with transvaginal ultrasound were performed,and the clinical comprehensive diagnostic results were used as the gold standard.Analyzed the sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy of abdominal ultrasound examination and combined vaginal ultrasound examination.Result The detection rate of transabdominal ultrasound combined with transvaginal ultrasound was higher than that of transabdominal ultrasound,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy of transabdominal ultrasound combined with transvaginal ultrasound were 93.90%,100.00%,and 94.19%,respectively,which were significantly higher than those of transabdominal ultrasound,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.134,10.126,9.198,P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of transabdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound has high diagnostic value for uterine fibroadenosis,which is helpful for clinical evaluation of the condition.
