静脉用药集中调配是目前最科学、最先进的输液调配工作模式,其优势之一就是将以往的各病区普通环境下的分散配制,转移到静脉用药调配中心的洁净环境中进行集中调配,最大限度地保证输液安全,同时提高了调配人员的工作安全性与舒适度。静脉用药调配中心洁净环境的建设应严格遵守《静脉用药调配中心建设与管理指南》规定,并定期对洁净环境各项指标实施监测。该文对《静脉用药调配中心建设与管理指南》规定的静配中心洁净环境建立的要求、标准及监测方法等内容进行释义,旨在加深PIVAS人员对相关条款的理解,指导静脉用药调配中心的日常工作。

OBJECTIVE The pharmacy intravenous admixture service(PIVAS)is the most scientific and advanced mode of infusion dispensing by far.One of its advantages is to transfer the decentralized preparation in the ordinary environment of each ward to the clean environment of the PIVAS for centralized dispensing,the maximum guarantee of infusion safety,at the same time improve the working safety and comfort of the deployment personnel.The construction of the clean environment of the PIVAS should strictly abide by the"Guide",and regularly monitor the indicators of the clean environment.This paper interprets the requirements,standards and monitoring methods for the establishment of clean environment in the PIVAS in the"Guide",aiming to deepen the understanding of relevant provisions by PIVAS staff and guide the daily work of the PIVAS.
