基于“差异成分-核心功效”网络筛选健胃消炎颗粒的质量标志物 被引量:2

Screening of quality marker from Jianwei Xiaoyan granules based on“differential chemical compounds-core pharmacological effects”

摘要 目的:建立健胃消炎颗粒(JWXYG)指纹图谱,结合化学计量学和网络药理学分析预测JWXYG的质量标志物(Q-Marker)。方法:建立11个批次JWXYG的指纹图谱并对共有峰进行鉴定和归属;采用化学计量学筛选差异标志物;借助网络药理学分析预测JWXYG的Q-Marker。结果:建立了11个批次JWXYG的指纹图谱并鉴定出22个共有峰;多元统计分析筛选出9个差异成分;采用网络药理学预测柳杉酚、7-甲氧基-2-甲基异黄酮、丹酚酸C等3个成分为JWXYG的Q-Marker。结论:通过指纹图谱、化学计量学和网络药理学分析预测JWXYG的Q-Marker,为JWXYG质量控制体系的建立提供方法支撑,同时为JWXYG的作用机制研究提供理论依据。 OBJECTIVE To establish the fingerprint of Jianwei Xiaoyan Granule(JWXYG),and predict the quality marker of JWXYG(Q-marker)by combining chemometrics and network pharmacology analysis.METHODS Building fingerprint of 11 batches of JWXYG,and identification and attribution of common peak.Differential chemical compounds are screened by chemometrics.Network pharmacology was used to predict Q-Marker of JWXYG.RESULTS The fingerprint of 11 batches of JWXYG was built and 22 common peaks were identified.9 differential chemical compounds were screened by multivariate data analysis.Three chemical compounds were selected as Q-Marker of JWXYG based on network pharmacology,including sugiol,7-methoxy-2-methyl isoflavone and salvianolic acid c.CONCLUSION Using fingerprint,chemometrics and network pharmacology to analyze and predict Q-Marker of JWXYG,could provide a supporting method for the building of quality control system of JWXYG and a theoretical basis for the study of the pharmacological mechanism of JWXYG.
