板芪益肺散药效学试验

Pharmacodynamic Experiment of Banqi Yifei Powder

为了研究自拟中药方剂板芪益肺散的止咳、平喘、祛痰和抗炎效果,本试验选用清肺散为对照中药,采用浓氨水引咳法、组织胺和乙酰胆碱引喘法、小鼠气管酚红排泌法和二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀模型法,检测了高、中、低剂量板芪益肺散[35.00、17.50、8.75 g/(kg·bw)]的药效。结果显示,板芪益肺散与清肺散的止咳作用相近(P>0.05),但2种中药方剂的止咳效果均明显低于阳性对照枸橼酸喷托维林(P<0.01);板芪益肺散具有良好的平喘效果,且其高剂量组平喘效果优于阳性对照氨茶碱与清肺散(P<0.01);板芪益肺散祛痰效果极显著优于阳性对照盐酸溴己新(P<0.01),但与清肺散作用相近(P>0.05);板芪益肺散具有一定的抗炎效果,抗炎效果极显著优于清肺散(P<0.01),但极显著低于阳性对照氢化可的松(P<0.01)。结果表明,自拟方剂板芪益肺散较传统方剂清肺散具有更为良好的平喘功效,止咳、祛痰作用明显,同时还有一定的抗炎活性,为该方剂的临床应用提供了数据支持。

In order to clarify the antitussive,antiasthmatic,expectorant and anti-inflammatory effects of Banqi Yifei Powder,a self prepared traditional Chinese medicine,this study selected Qingfei Powder as the control medicine,and examined the effects of high-,medium-and low-doses of Banqi Yifei Powder[35.00,17.50,8.75 g/(kg·bw)]by cough induction with concentrated ammonia,asthma induction with histamine and acetylcholine,phenol red excretion in the trachea of mice,and xylene-induced auricle swelling model of mice.The results showed that the antitussive effects of Banqi Yifei Powder and Qingfei Powder were similar(P>0.05),but the antitussive effects of the two Chinese herbal formulas were significantly lower than those of the positive control pentavirin citrate(P<0.01);Banqi Yifei Powder had better antiasthmatic effect,and its high-dose group was better than the positive control aminophylline and Qingfei Powder(P<0.01);the expectorant effect of Banqi Yifei Powder was significantly better than that of positive control bromhexine hydrochloride(P<0.01),but similar to Qingfei Powder(P>0.05);Banqi Yifei Powder had significantly better anti-inflammatory effect than Qingfei Powder(P<0.01),but significantly lower than the positive control hydrocortisone(P<0.01).Thus,the self-made formula Banqi Yifei Powder has better antiasthmatic effects than the traditional formula Qingfei Powder,and shows obvious antitussive and expectorant effect,and certain anti-inflammatory activity,with potential for the clinical application.
