摘要
研究根据《中等职业学校英语课程标准》对英语学科核心素养培养的要求,结合一线教师、专家意见和学生情况,经过探索性因子分析、验证性因子分析及信度分析,构建出中职商务英语专业学生英语学科核心素养测量量表;再通过量表测量验证,明确中职商务英语专业学生英语学科核心素养状况,分析模型中各维度间的关联;最后,依据分析结果,针对中职商务英语专业人才培养提出了加强自主学习能力培养、完善多层次评价与反馈、注重学习策略应用等教学改革实践建议。
According to the requirements of“English Curriculum Standards for Secondary Vocational Schools”for the cultivation of core competence of English discipline,combined with the teachers’and experts’opinions,and the students’conditions,through the exploratory factor analysis,confirmatory factor analysis and reliability analysis,this study constructed the measurement scale for core competence of English discipline for the business English major students in secondary vocational schools;after the measurement and verification with the scale,the core competence of English discipline for the business English major students of secondary vocational schools and the relationship between the dimensions in the analysis model are clarified.Finally,based on the analysis results,this paper puts forward some practical suggestions on teaching reform for the talents cultivation of business English major of secondary vocational schools,such as strengthening the cultivation of autonomous learning ability,improving multi-level evaluation and feedback,and focusing on the application of learning strategies.
