摘要
目的:探索河南平顶山产辛夷(Magnoliae Flos)超临界萃取物的化学成分。方法:采用超临界流体萃取法(SFE)获得辛夷提取物;使用气相色谱-质谱联用仪(GC-MS),通过NIST MS谱库进行检索,初步分析可能含有的化学成分,利用峰面积归一法计算其相对百分含量。结果:超临界流体萃取法得到的辛夷提取物经GC-MS分析检测出34种化合物,其中有21种化合物相对含量>1%,相对含量最高的是金合欢醇(C15H26O),为23.41%。结论:经过GC-MS分析,初步确定了河南平顶山辛夷超临界萃取物化学成分的种类和相对百分含量,为今后河南平顶山产辛夷的开发利用提供了依据。
Objective:To explore the chemical constituents of supercritical extracts of Magnoliae Flos in Pingdingshan,Henan Province.Methods:Supercritical Fluid Extraction(SFE)was used for extraction,its possible chemical composi-tion were preliminarily identified by Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry(GC-MS)and NIST MS.Then we need to use the peak area normalization method to calculate its relative percentage.Results:Showed that 34compounds of supercritical extracts of Magnoliae Flos were analyzed by GC-MS,of which 21compounds were more than 1%.The highest relative content is farnesol(C15H26O),accounting for 23.41%.Conclusion:Through GC-MS analysis,the types and relative contents of chemical components of supercritical extracts of Magnoliae Flos in Pingdingshan,Henan Province were preliminarily identified,which can provide a reference for the development and utilization of Magnoliae Flosin Pingdingshan,Henan Province.
