百合固金汤(BGD)始记载于《慎斋遗书》中,具有养阴润肺、化痰止咳功效,主治肺肾阴虚、肾水不足、虚火上炎;临床症状有咳嗽气短,咽喉肿痛,痰中带血或咯血。现代医家对其临床应用深入探索和拓展,常用于治疗肺癌、肺结核、慢性咳嗽、支气管扩张病、慢性咽喉炎和自发性气胸等有较好疗效。基于古典医案结合现代临床应用,对百合固金汤的历史演变、方证释义、物质基础与药理作用和现代临床应用进行归纳整理,为其后深入研究及应用提供参考依据。

Baihe Gujin Decoction(BGD)was first recorded in Shen Zhai Posthumous Letters.It has the functions of nourishing yin and moistening the lung,resolving phlegm and relieving cough.It is mainly used for lung and kidney yin deficiency,deficien-cy of kidney water,and inflammation on deficiency fire.The clinical symptoms include cough,shortness of breath,Sore throat,blood in sputum or hemoptysis.Modern doctors deeply explore and expand its clinical application,and it is often used to treat lung cancer,pulmonary tuberculosis,chronic cough,bronchiectasis,chronic pharyngitis and spontaneous pneumothorax.Based on the combination of classical medical records and modern clinical applications,the historical evolution,interpretation of pre-scriptions and syndromes,material basis,pharmacological effects and modern clinical application of Baihe Gujin Decoction are summarized and sorted,so as to provide a reference for its subsequent in-depth research and application.
