四逆散加减介导肠道黏膜屏障防治腹泻型肠易激综合征研究进展

Research Progress of Sini Powder Mediated Intestinal Mucosal Barrier in the Prevention and Treatment of Diarrhea Irritable Bowel Syndrome

肠易激综合征是一种至今机制未明的反复发作性疾病,其中腹泻型肠易激综合征为该病的最常见类型。一般认为肠道黏膜屏障受损是该病发病的关键环节,中医药治疗该病具有得天独厚的优势。四逆散可通过修复肠道黏膜屏障,改善肠道功能,有效治疗该病。通过检索近年来国内外相关文献,基于机械、化学、生物、免疫这四大肠道黏膜屏障,探讨四逆散治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的作用机制。

Irritable bowel syndrome is a recurrent disease whose mechanism is unknown so far.Diarrhea irritable bowel syn-drome is the most common type of the disease,and the damage of intestinal mucosal barrier is regarded as a key link in the pathogenesis of the disease.Traditional Chinese medicine has a unique advantage in the treatment of the disease.Sini Powder can effectively treat the disease by repairing intestinal mucosal barrier and improving intestinal function.By searching the rele-vant literature at home and abroad in recent years,based on the four intestinal mucosal barriers of mechanical,chemical,biolog-ical and immune,this paper discusses the mechanism of Sini Powder in the treatment of diarrheal irritable bowel syndrome.
