视神经脊髓炎并发股骨头坏死及消化道出血患者的护理

Nursing Care of a Patient with Optic Neuromyelitis Complicated with Gastrointestinal Bleeding and Femoral Head Necrosis

本研究总结1例视神经脊髓炎并发股骨头坏死及消化道出血患者的护理方法与体会,以提高该病的临床护理水平。方法:对我院2021年8月26日收治的1例视神经脊髓炎并发股骨头坏死及消化道出血的病例进行研究,结合文献进行分析。结果:女性患者,54岁,因双下肢无力伴排尿困难,诊断视神经脊髓炎复发,予免疫抑制治疗,后转入我科,出现股骨头坏死、消化道出血,予对症治疗、基础护理加康复护理措施后,生命体征平稳,患者自动出院,半年后随访患者左髋关节持续疼痛,服用止痛药物,无其余并发症。结论:视神经脊髓炎易出现多种并发症,应积极进行药物、心理、康复、饮食等护理,可预防并发症的发生,减轻患者痛苦。

Objective:To summarize the nursing methods and experience of a case of neuromyelitis optica compli-cated with femoral head necrosis and gastrointestinal bleeding,so as to improve the clinical nursing level of the dis-ease.Methods:A case of optic spinal spondylitis complicated with femoral head necrosis and gastrointestinal bleed-ing admitted to our hospital on August 26,2021 was studied,and review literatures.Results:Female patients,54,due to lower limb weakness with dysuria,diagnosis of recurrent optic myelitis,giving immunosuppressive therapy,af-ter turn to our department,occuring femoral head necrosis and gastrointestinal bleeding,after providing symptomatic treatment,basic nursing and rehabilitation nursing measures,the vital signs were stable,the patient was automatically discharged.In follow-up six months,patient relieve persistent pain of left hip through painkillers,no other compli-cations.Conclusion:Neuromyelitis optica is prone to a variety of complications,should actively carry out drug,psy-chological,rehabilitation,diet and other nursing,can prevent the occurrence of complications,reduce the pain of patients.
