摘要
目的探讨替罗非班在缺血性脑卒中阿替普酶静脉溶栓患者中的应用效果。方法选择2020年5月—2021年4月商河县人民医院收治的104例缺血性脑卒中阿替普酶静脉溶栓患者为研究对象,依据随机数表法分为对照组(52例,接受阿替普酶治疗)和研究组(52例,在对照组基础上联合应用替罗非班治疗)。对比两组临床疗效、治疗前后血小板功能、不良反应发生情况。结果研究组总有效率94.23%较对照组78.85%高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.283,P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组PAdT(33.65±3.05)%、PAgT(26.85±2.85)%、PS(10.22±1.52)μg/L显著低于对照组的(37.03±2.78)%、(29.85±2.45)%、(13.03±1.40)μg/L,差异有统计学意义(t=5.906,5.756,9.806,P<0.001)。研究组并发症发生率5.77%与对照组5.77%相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论缺血性脑卒中阿替普酶静脉溶栓患者应用替罗非班能够有效改善血小板功能,疗效确切。
Objective To explore the application effect of tirofiban in patients with cerebral Ischemic stroke with intra-venous thrombolysis with alteplase.Methods A total of 104 consecutive patients with ischemic stroke who received in-travenous thrombolysis with alteplase from Shang He County People's Hospital from May 2020 to April 2021 were se-lected for the study and divided into a control group(n=52,receiving alteplase)and a study group(n=52,receiving ti-rofiban in combination on a control basis)according to the random number table method.The clinical efficacy,platelet function before and after treatment,and occurrence of adverse effects were compared between the two groups.Results The overall response rate of 94.23%in the study group was higher than that of 78.85%in the control group,the differ-ence was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.283,P<0.05).After treatment,the PAdT(33.65±3.05%)%,PAgT(26.85±2.85)%,PS(10.22±1.52)μg/L were significantly lower than(37.03±2.78)%,(29.85±2.45)%,(13.03±1.40)μg/L in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=5.906,5.756.9.806,P<0.001).Complication rate in the study group was 5.77%compared with 5.77%in the control group,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of tirofiban in patients with ischemic stroke alteplase intravenous thrombolysis can effectively improve platelet function,with definite curative effect and suitable for clinical promotion.
