中药注射剂类过敏动物模型研究进展 被引量:1

Advances in Animal Models of Anaphylactoid Reaction to Traditional Chinese Medicine Injection

摘要 类过敏反应是目前中药注射剂临床应用面临的一大难题,其发病快、复杂性高,导致难以究其发生机制。目前临床暂无检测类过敏反应发生的“金”标准,大多数情况仍按过敏反应进行救治和处理,因此,研究类过敏评价方法,建立与临床人类过敏密切相关的模型平台,才有可能减少其发生的概率。同时笔者建议,中药注射剂类过敏反应的评价方法,应以在体动物为主,体外评价为辅;大动物为主,小动物为佐。本文就中药注射剂类过敏反应动物模型研究进展进行综述,以期为临床提供有价值的参考。 Anaphylactoid reaction is a major problem facing the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine injection at present.The rapid onset and high complexity of anaphylactoid reaction make it difficult to study the mechanism of their occurrence.At present,there is no clinical"gold"standard for detecting the occurrence of anaphylactoid reaction,and most cases are still treated and handled as allergic reactions.Therefore,it is necessary to study anaphylactoid reaction evaluation methods and establish a model plaform closely related to human anaphylactoid reaction in order to reduce its occurrence.At the same time,the author suggests that the evaluation method of anaphylactoid reaction to traditional Chinese medicine injection should be based on in vivo animals,supplemented by in vitro evaluation,large animals should be the main focus,and small animals should be adjuvant.In this paper,we review the progress of animal models for anaphylactoid reactions to traditional Chinese medicine injection with a view to provide valuable clinical references.
